As a rule of thumb 200/2 for 2m x 2m, 300/3 for 3m x 3m, 400/4 4m x 4m and above. We strongly recommend ribbed material for all openings with forklift traffic.

The greater the strips overlap then the better heat / noise retention is maintained. Maximum / full overlap is always strongly recommended for any openings over 3 metres high.

PVC strips should only be wiped down with luke warm water and using only a mild detergent or washing up liquid. Strong chemicals, bleaches or if excess water is left on the strips then it will cause the strips to cloud / turn milky, eventually turning white and become opaque. This then creates a H&S issue and strips should be replaced immediately.
